Telephone, communications, electric and service sink closets have been located in the core area of each floor to minimize interference with the use of office areas. They are considered an integral part of the Building’s mechanical systems and are not to be used for storage or any purpose other than their designed use. Personnel requiring access for repair or installation work must contact the Building Management Office.

Major installations, especially those involving a telephone contractor who has not previously performed work in the Building, should be coordinated with Montgomery Technologies at (844) 824-0100 in advance. In all cases, certificates of insurance are required of the contractor engaged in such repair or maintenance work.

Major Telecommunications carriers within the building include Verizon, Cogent, MCI/Verizon Business, and Time Warner Cable.
