About 330 Madison Avenue

The complete redevelopment of 330 Madison Avenue earned the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) 2012 Renovated Building of the Year award. The $120 million project included a sophisticated new glass curtain, wall application, reconfiguration and full renovation of the lobby, a new double-height glass entrance and new glass storefronts, distinguished sidewalk replacements and full infrastructure modernization, including a new tenant proprietary 1,500 kilowatt backup generator system. 330 Madison Avenue is now the global headquarters of asset management firm Guggenheim Partners and New York headquarters of real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle.
